If the industry in which you work there are a lot of opportunities, then you want to maximize them and that takes a huge amount of your time.   Perhaps, there are many things that you liked to do and to enjoy but now you have forgotten them because of your career.  Just ask your co-workers, they also have the same routine as yours. The truth of the matter is that, serving your community and country is important, but it does not have to be your whole life.   This is why you need time for yourself.  Have often to you go on holiday?  You need time to go to see their world beyond your knowledge.  Some people do go there with their friends and family.  You need to go there.   

There are amazing things that you have not seen before in those places.
